Little Known Secrets that Can Make You a

Millionaire from Information You Already Know!

Dear Friend,

We would like to extend a warm welcome to the most exciting and profitable business in the world, from which you can profit immensely from information you already know. We call it Info-Preneuring.

To help you with this great concept, I would like to take this special moment and introduce my Info-Preneur Master Trainer Narace Seudeal, Ph.D., to you. Narace is one of a very small group of hand-picked individuals across the US, whom I have trained to deliver my Info-Preneuring Course to you. He has a doctorate in one of the medical sciences, several titles to his name, a writer, and a person who has devoted many years to helping people live a healthier life.  I think you will develop a special relationship with Narace that will last for a very long time.  He will add a personal handholding touch to your learning process that will move you out of the ordinary into the extraordinary. Here is how I know this to be true.

What is Info-Preneuring and how can it make you millions? (An Info-Preneur is an entrepreneur who sells information.)  And . . . if you do this business right, within a few months, total strangers will be sending you money for your ideas. This will happen even if you think your ideas are worthless!

First of all, who am I to make such a claim, and why do I think I can teach you how to be a profitable Info-Preneur?

My name is Robert G. Allen. In the 80’s I wrote three best-selling books. Two of them made it to the number one spot on the New York Times bestsellers’ list. My first book, Nothing Down: How to Buy Real Estate with Little or No Money Down, became the largest-selling longest-running financial hardcover book in history. It has been revised twice with the current edition entitled, Nothing Down for the 90’s. A new edition will soon be released for this new decade. Nothing Down still sells well—nearly 20 years after I wrote it and will probably continue to sell well long into the future. My second book, Creating Wealth, was also a number one New York Times bestseller with over a million sold. My latest books, Multiple Streams of Income and Multiple Streams of Internet Income hit the New York Times bestsellers’ list only days after they were published this year.

In conjunction with my best-selling books, I have also taught seminars nationwide on the subject of real estate and creating wealth. Over one million people have been to my free preview lectures nationwide. Of these, 103,000 people paid me up to $5000 to attend my weekend Nothing Down Seminar and 20,000 people paid me up to $6,950 to attend my five day in-depth Wealth Training. This is in addition to the millions in tape, video, and newsletter sales.

Your Ideas Are Profit Empires!

Why? Because it’s prime time to jump into the information marketplace.  The world is experiencing an information explosion. Hundreds of TV channels, the Internet, E-mail, E-zines, E-books… This is an info-rush like none other. Those that jump in with expert guidance will experience unparalleled success. The secret that I have discovered is it’s, not the raw data information that will make you money, it’s how you choose to package and sell it. Successful As a successful Info-Preneur you will learn how to organize, simplify, beautify, systemize, personalize and make their information interactive and multi-media ready. You will discover delivery systems that will deliver information to the customer’s homes, ready to use, and on demand, instantly. Isn’t that what you want and the world wants?

Information—Easy-to-Use,

Instantly Available

The future is coming lightning fast at us at point blank range, and we need to react instantly. Those who react slowly will find themselves amongst the “information have-nots.” If you are not computer literate, you will be left and buried in the dust of your competitors. If you are not willing to become computer literate then you might as well eliminate yourself right now from the information business.  However . . . if you are or are willing to become computer literate, then you will find you are infinitely qualified to pursue a career as an Info-Preneur, as you will see . . .

Yes . . . Your Knowledge, Hobbies, Special Interests, Passions, Successes, and even Your Failures Can be the Starting Point for Your Information Business

You see there is a story, a how-to book, an anthology, a newsletter and many other information ideas inside you. Each can turn into a lifetime stream of income.

For example: A young couple I know loves skin diving. To pay for their expensive dive trips to faraway tropical locations, they started writing and selling stories to magazines, then they wrote books, then developed a course on underwater photography, a travel resource guide and even an underwater photographic society and annual festival. Their life became filled with adventure after adventure. . . . Their passion became their livelihood and their road to wealth. Soon they owned a highly successful information empire. If this way of life is possible for one, it’s possible for you, too.  Think about it.

Your Life Story and Your Life’s

Expertise Have Market Value!

It is my firm belief that everyone, including you, has a least one good book inside you. Even failures can springboard your success. Ever hear of Stop the Insanity by Susan Powter or Tony Robbins’ Unlimited Power? Most everyone has. Both are based on their failures. Their before and after stories are remarkable and make TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS! So could yours.

Yes. Your knowledge and your words

can make you millions.  One story

can be told in books, CDs, videos, audios,

Web sites, Newsletters, e-zines, manuals, courses,

and a whole variety of other products.

The Possibilities are Endless . . .Yes. Your possibilities are endless in product packaging and in ways of creating the product.

You Can Use Other People’s Knowledge and Your Words to Make You Millions.

You, personally, don’t have to be an expert, have a unique idea, or invent a special way of doing something yourself.  Instead, you can find someone who does, and make a deal to tell and sell their information for them. Results: You pocket huge profits along the way. What a great way to make millions!

A woman at age 20 took over her dad’s lumberyard and sawmill. One of her first customers asked her if she could provide oak logs for a log home. What a great idea! An entire home in oak. Why not walnut, cherry, and ash log homes? She started specializing in log home kits and soon became the president of the Log Home Society of America. A writer approached her about creating a book and other information products about her log homes. From these she received orders from around the world even Hawaii, Japan, and Australia. The author took his book idea to other specialized homebuilders and generated a good income from these home manufacturing experts in this specialized market.

See the possibilities of being a successful Info-Preneur, even if you are not an expert . . .

Another option:

Use Other People’s Knowledge and Other People’s Printed/ produced Words to Produce Information Products.

This is even more remarkable . . . You can collect information that is in the public domain (owned by everyone) and not have to pay a cent for it. Or you can gain copyright permission for copyrighted materials and create your own information empire without using any of your own knowledge or words.  Copy, cut and paste, and you are in the information business.

A friend of mine assembled just such a book in only one day to help heal our nation after the 9/11 Attack on America. She went to the Web and copied patriotic songs, speeches, and documents. She created a cover, gave the book a title, A Tribute . . . to Our Beloved, and used it as a great little fundraiser.

An extremely easy way to create your information product is do as another friend of mine does. .He gets lists of out-of-print books, gains their copyright permission if they are sill copyrighted, and sells them as e-books on the web. No writing and editing costs, no production or printing costs, and no postage and handling costs. Did you know that all government information is copyright-free? Well, it is. Therefore you can cut and paste it, and make your millions as the author of the Jobs in America book series has done. He did not have to write a word in his books, just copy it from government documents. Could not be simpler!

YES. There is yet another way to make millions through information products . . .

Hire Someone to Write and Produce Your Information Product for You.

Copywriters, freelance writers, and other “information creatives” can easily be found to do it all for youA job search specialist hired a writer/publisher to write his job search book for him in 1990. He gave her 20 years of notes unsorted in 65 cardboard boxes. What a job! He did not have to do a thing except read and approve of the final draft. Now, that is simple, wouldn’t you agree?

Another example is that of a stop-smoking expert who wanted to write a book, but did not have the time or any writing skills. He hired a writer to interview him. They recorded and transcribed their 14-hour conversation. In one weekend the first daft of the manuscript was done. Then, a staff of editors made it letter-perfect and ready for print in one week. He had the tapes edited for an additional product. He hired another person to write magazine articles from the book. He spent 14 hours and has a lifetime of income from it.

Is that doable or what?

Now, would you believe that there is another strategy in the information million’s game?  Well, There is.

Use Other People’s Words and Stories Written   Especially for You So You Make Money

You can do what my dear friends, Mark Victor Hansen and Jack Canfield, do: Assemble Stories.  Nothing more, nothing less.  Does that sound easy enough for you?

It all began with a single idea . . . Mark and Jack had been telling motivational stories for years . . . and then one day they said, “Why not put them on the printed page?” AH HA! There was their multi-million-dollar, or I should say, billion-dollar idea!

Chicken Soup for the Soul® emerged from that little idea, which turned into the summit, the apex, the uttermost top pinnacle of information success stories. Seventy-four million copies sold! Forty-two New York Times Best-sellers! And, Mark and Jack have just started. But, at first, NO ONE WANTED THE BOOK! Thirty-two NO’s preceded that One “YES” which made them multi-millionaires. It happened to them, it can happen to you, too . . .

Furthermore, what they do is fun. They don’t have to write the stories, collect the stories, sort or even select the stories. Their co-authors and target readers who read and rank the stories do that for them. The books are filled with stories ranked 9 to10+. The books are guaranteed to be successful before, not after, they go to press or hit bookshelves. Smart move I would say. Wouldn’t you?

Does this prove to you that the information business is the best millionaire-maker in the world and that you, just like Mark and Jack, are infinitely qualified?  Yes or Yes?

Sounds too simple—doesn’t it? Well, to be honest, it is.  If you know something that other people want to know or if you can find someone who does, then all you have to do is show and tell and sell. After all some of the wealthiest people on earth became multi-millionaires in the vast and diverse information industry. Wouldn’t you like to make millions like . . . famous Information Millionaires? They all had simple beginnings and explosive wealth in the information business.

Oprah Winfrey – Her TV show, Studio, O-Magazine, Web sites, speaking engagements, movies and more.

Mary Baker Eddy – Her book Science and Health, made her one of the first American woman millionaires in the 1800’s, and it has remained a best seller every year since. Her publishing house continues to produce all types of info-products sold worldwide including The Christian Science Monitor  (a world class newspaper – she started in her 80’s) and 24 hour short-wave radio broadcasting news and inspirational words in all parts of the world.

Ted Turner – An information empire of fame and fortune unparalleled.

Daniel Steel – 420 million copies of her novels sold, and she’s a mother of nine children. And you can be a part of this information bonanza, too, I know this is true because . . .

I made my millions that way.

My Story, How I

Started a Billion Dollar

Information Bonanza

Thousands of other people have made millions in the information business, and you, just like they, can do the same thing. I know this is true because I did exactly that. I wrote my first book back in the 1980’s. It was not unique. It was just one title in the bookstores among many on the subject of real estate, but it had a different, a unique, a much wanted, twist.

NOTHING DOWN

How to Buy Real Estate for Little or None of Your Own Money

It skyrocketed. In the long run it was a multi-billion dollar information empire that I started, and many others also capitalized upon. I’ll tell you how it started, so you can see how simple information-millionaire-making can be.

My info-millions sprang from a $10 classified ad in the LA Times. In it I asked the readers to attend a seminar so they could learn to buy real estate with little of none of their own money. It read:

“Take away my wallet. Give me a hundred dollars in my pocket. Drop me in any city, and in 72 hours I will have bought ____ amount of real estate with none of my own money.”

It was brazen: I had never done that before. When the LA Times threatened to expose me as a fraud, unless I proved good on my claim. I accepted their challenge: Do or Die! Seventy-two hours later, the headlines of the LA Times Business Section read:

“Boastful Realtor Makes Good on His

 ‘Nothing Down’ Claim.”
